 Thanks A Million Thanks A Million is easy! The 2007-2008 Thanks A Million program begins Sept. 1, 2007 and will run through March 31, 2008. Bashas’ customers can support their favorite charity by linking that group to their Bashas’ Thank You Card and turning 1% of their shopping dollars into a donation for a local school, church or nonprofit. How the program works: Each participating school, church or nonprofit is assigned a 5-digit group identification number. When Bashas' customers link the group ID number to their Thank You Card during the program dates, a portion of every Thank You Card purchase is set aside for that group. After March 31, Bashas' will donate 1% of the total sales linked to each group's ID number, up to a $2,500 donation. Active charities must earn a minimum donation of $25 to earn a check. Click Here for a Program Summary UPDATE: 3/25/08 With less than a week to go in the 2007-2008 Thanks A Million program, several nonprofits have reached the $2,500 maximum donation amount. Congratulations! The current Thanks A Million program ends March 31—over the next few weeks, your totals will be calculated, and checks will be mailed out to the contact address we have on file. If your mailing address has changed in the last nine months, and you have not yet contacted us, please notify us immediately so we can update your information. Thanks A Million’s 2008-2009 program will begin Sept. 1, 2008. If your group is already enrolled to participate, you will receive an information packet in August letting you know it’s time to start contacting your supporters. If your group has recently enrolled to participate in Thanks A Million, and you have not yet received your group ID number, you will receive an e-mail with your group ID number by the end of April, and you will receive your information packet in early August letting you know it’s time to start contacting your supporters.
