Established nearly twenty years ago, Bashas' HealthStyles Smart Screen is an innovative community service program providing broad health screening and education services in a convenient, accessible location with reasonable and reduced rates. Our services are available to the public, making preventative health and wellness services affordable. Services are provided from September through May at in-store clinics. Some of the services provided include:

Founded in 1989 by Dr. Art Mollen, Mollen Immunization Clinics has become the largest and most trusted provider of influenza (flu) immunizations in the Southern United States.
