Guacamole is a fan favorite and prefect for watching any sports. Try this version from Chobani which includes non-fat Greek Yogurt. The yogurt adds protein to the recipe and makes the guacamole a bit smoother.
¼ cup Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 diced ripe avocados
¼ cup small diced red onions
2 tablespoons small diced jalapeno
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Step 2: Refrigerate until ready to serve.
