Pineapple Mango Salsa

Nothing tastes better than fresh pineapple. It’s perfect alone, grilled, or mixed with other ingredients. Dole created a spicy sweet salsa for you to enjoy over chicken or fish, or enjoy it straight with chips!

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups DOLE® Fresh Tropical Gold® Pineapple cut into chunks
1 ripe Mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
1/3 cup finely chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 to 2 serrano or jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced

Directions:

Step 1: STIR together pineapple, mango, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and chiles in medium bowl.
Step 2: COVER and chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Step 3: SERVE salsa over grilled fish or chicken with grilled vegetables. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
