Upgrade Your Meal Easily with Homemade Herb Butter

Creating your own upscale butter may seem daunting, but in reality, adding a few ingredients to your basic stick of butter can enhance any meal. Did you know that there are standards of butter? They are categorized as AA, A, and B. Grade AA butter is made from sweet cream, and is the highest grade of butter. To get an AA rating it has to have a sweet flavor and be readily spreadable. Grade A butter is made from fresh cream and has a stronger flavor and coarser texture than grade AA butter. Easy Steakhouse Approved Herb Butter

TIME TO COOK 20 minutes

1/2 cup Salted Butter, softened
1 tbsp North Shore Living® Rosemary, minced
1 tbsp North Shore Living® Sage, minced
1 tbsp North Shore Living® Thyme, minced
1 tbsp North Shore Living® Parsley, minced
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
1/8 tsp Steak Seasoning

Simply combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and use a fork to stir until well combined. Scoop the butter onto a sheet of wax paper or plastic wrap and roll up. Tape the edge shut and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Get creative, there is really no wrong way to go here. Try different herb combinations, shallots, spices, and other ingredients to find something you love! Also, this is the perfect topping on any steak.
